End of the DHL card! How to pick up your package from 1st April at the Packstation

The digital option becomes an app mandatory.

Customers of the DHL packing station must change. If you want to pick up a package or deposit there, you needed the customer card and a four-digit code. Alternatively, customers could also use the in-house app "Post & DHL".

From April 1, all customer cards will be switched off. This comes from an entry on the company's side.

How do DHL users do now?

First, customers need an iOS or Android smartph1. In the App Store of Apple or Google Play, those affected must then search for the "Post & DHL "App. There, the smartphone must first be activated.

• Post & DHL app for Android: inform now at chip and download it to the Google Play Store
• Post & DHL app for iPhone: inform now at chip and download in the Apple App Store

In the Post & DHL app, tap the "Packstation" area to the Enable button. If the smartphone is not activated yet, tap DHL customer card and scan the barcode of your DHL customer card. If this does not work or does not scan the bar quota, you can request an activation code by mail. The letter should be with you within five days.
